Law degree from the Law School of the University of Lisbon. He was Deputy Public Prosecutor, Judge of Law, Head of Cabinet of the Minister of Justice Dr. Menéres Pimentel and Director-General of the Criminal Police and BCP Legal Counselling Director.

He mainly practices his jurist activity in the following areas: Banking and Finance, Commercial and Corporate, Insolvencies, Revitalizations and Litigation. Registered at the Portuguese Bar Association.
