Law degree from the Law School of the University of Lisbon, Post-graduation in Commercial Law by Universidade Católica Portuguesa and advanced Post-graduation in Banking law by the Law School of the University of Lisbon.

He has worked in legal counselling in subjects of banking law transactions structuring involving the sale of stakes, contentious credits and commercial loans restructuring, civil and commercial contracts, banking declaratory and execution litigation. Registered at the Portuguese Bar Association.
