Holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from the Portuguese Catholic University, and an advanced postgraduate degree in Banking Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Has worked in legal advisory services in areas including foundation law, banking law, and the structuring of transactions involving the sale of shareholdings, non-performing loans, and the restructuring of commercial loans. Also experienced in civil and commercial contracts and banking litigation.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2008.
