Graduated in Law in 2005 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management and Law from Nova Fórum – Executive Training Institute – Faculty of Economics of Nova University of Lisbon, a Postgraduate Degree in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Open Companies and Market Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, and a Postgraduate Degree in Tax Litigation from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University.

Started her professional career as a tax consultant in 2006, a position she held for four years at international auditing firms in the banking sector. She later developed her activity in legal consultancy for multinational companies and family offices in various areas of law, including tax law (notably corporate income tax, personal income tax, excise taxes, and VAT), as well as related litigation, corporate law (notably corporate restructuring, mergers, demergers, asset contributions, or share exchanges), and civil law.
